I don't know my PIN
When applying to join the library online you chose a 4 digit PIN. If you have forgotten your PIN click on 'Forgot PIN' to reset your PIN. If you have any problems resetting your PIN please visit any of our libraries and speak to a member of staff. We are unable to provide PIN details via telephone or email for security reasons.
How do I search the catalogue?
Enter a search term (author, title or keyword) in the box at the top of the screen and then click 'Go'. More options for searching can be found via the advanced search.
I returned a book but it's still showing as out on my account.
You will need to contact the library directly so that they can look for the item. Full contact details and opening times are available on our website for all libraries.
How can I reserve a book?
You will need to be signed in to your account. Search for the title you want to reserve and click on the title from the search results. Then click the orange 'Reserve' button and choose the library you wish to collect it from. A reservation charge will be added to your account when you borrow it.
I am having problems with accessing eBooks or eAudio titles on my device.

Book suggestions can be made by completing the stock suggestion form.
I returned an eBook or eAudio title but it's still showing as out on my account.
If you borrow eMaterial via the catalogue it will be returned automatically after 21 days. If you return a title early, it will still show on your loans until the 21 days has elapsed.
I borrowed an eBook or eAudio title and it is not showing on my account.
Only items borrowed through the library catalogue show in my loans.
Why can’t I reserve or renew my eBook or eAudiobook title?
It is not currently possible within the library catalogue.
eBooks or eAudio titles appear to be available for loan but are not.
The correct loan status shows in the full record of the title entry.
