**Update - 1 December 2020**
Libraries and other cultural services in Oxfordshire are set to reopen once the national lockdown ends on December 2.
All of the 32 libraries and three heritage sites that had opened pre-lockdown November will reopen again. There’s also further good news in that the 12 libraries that had not reopened since the initial lockdown in March 2020 will be opened during January and February 2021.
Libraries will close again on December 24 at 4pm for the Christmas period but Banbury, Witney, Henley, Abingdon, and Oxfordshire County will also open 29, 30, 31 December.
All loans have been extended to January 2021.
