**Update - 7 July 2020**
We are pleased to share that we have commenced a phased reopening of Oxfordshire County Library network. We have listened carefully to government guidance and have put considered safety measures in place as we prepare to open our doors. We have done so with staff and customer safety as our main priority. By opening in phases, we are confident that we will be best positioned to operate with safety at front of mind and within our current staffing availability.
The first phase of libraries to reopen on 13 July are: Oxfordshire County Library, Abingdon Library, Bicester Library, Didcot Library, Thame Library and Witney Library
The second phase of libraries to reopen on 20 July are: Banbury Library, Carterton Library, Cowley Library, Henley Library and Kidlington Library
We are opening these libraries first because they are spread out across the county to provide the best access possible at this stage. When we are ready to safely enter the next phase and open further libraries, we will get the word out right away. In the mean time all loan periods will continue to be extended and you will not incur any fines or hire charges.
The library catalogue allows you to search all the titles in Oxfordshire's public libraries. To search the catalogue enter a title or author in the search box at the top of the page and click 'Go', or use the advanced search.
Charges for reservations and audio-visual items can be found on our charges page. You will need to sign in using the account box if you wish to reserve or renew items.
